Hi, I’m Rostyslav, founder of RH&B Construction. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, I specialize in premium Exterior Remodeling—specifically James Hardie siding, window replacement, and custom TimberTech decks across Northern California.
Originally from Ukraine, I run my business on Christian principles—grounded in honesty, integrity, and direct communication.
